Who I Am

I'm Bouchra Atkinson, an evaluator and facilitator with over a decade of experience helping organisations build systems to embed impact and communicate the change they are making in the world, from governance to community development, from sustainable development to health and social care.

I moved to Malawi from Scotland and witnessed the same challenge experienced everywhere: brilliant strategies, dedicated teams, and extraordinary work, but no simple systems to capture insight, create feedback loops, or collect evidence that anyone could contribute to and use. So I built one. Without a development team or technical background, I decoded the CoLab into existence.
